A profile picture is a professional headshot that you can add to your online profile. We recommend a clear, professional photograph that is cropped to show you from the shoulders up.
You can upload JPG, GIF or PNG file with a maximum file size of 5 MB. Your photo should be square, and the ideal pixel size for your photo is 400 x 400.
Your headshot is one of the most important elements of your profile, since a good first impression encourages the viewer to read the rest of your profile. Dress professionally for your photo and take it against a neutral background.
A visually attractive profile helps you stand out online. That is why we offer fantastic background images that are related to your location – as they link you directly to real estate and your location. Few real estate professionals know how to select a professional and effective background image, we save you time and money with a range of suggested background photos fit perfectly with LinkedIn and/or portal profiles.
We recommend using a professional email address if you have one. If you do not, a personal email address is fine.
An agency is the name of the head office, for example, ABC Agency (FRANCHISOR). A branch name is the local office you work at, for example, ABC Agency (LOCAL FRANCHISEE).
If your agency isn’t on the list, choose ‘Another Agency’ from the drop-down menu. Below that you will be able to type out your company’s name in the new box.
Your personal website is, typically, your page on your agency’s website. It typically includes your professional profile and your current listings.
It’s easy to find your LinkedIn ‘URL’ or web address. Login to LinkedIn, click the the ‘Me’ icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select ‘View profile’, copy and paste the web address, i.e. www.linkedin.com/in/…, from your browser.
It’s easy to find your Google+ ‘URL’ or web address. Login to Google+, click on your name in the upper-right part of the screen to view your profile page, copy the web address, ex: www.plus.google.com/u/…, from your browser.
It’s easy to find your Facebook ‘URL’ or web address. Simply login to Facebook, then click on your name (profile) in the upper-right part of the screen. Your profile will appear, simply ‘copy link’.
Your Facebook Messenger username is easy to find.
– iPhone or iPad: From Home, please tap your profile picture in the top left corner. Beneath your name, tap Username to edit your username or share it as a link.

Your Twitter handle is easy to find. Login to Twitter. On the left, below the profile picture, is your name. Below that is an @ symbol, followed by your Twitter handle. Copy and paste the text that follows ‘@’.
Your Skype Username is easy to find. To find your Skype name on:
– Windows desktop: Please click your name at the top left of Skype and your Skype name is displayed in your profile.
– Windows 10: Please click on your profile icon at the bottom left of the Skype for Windows 10 window and your Skype name is displayed in your profile.
– Android: Please tap the menu button, and you will see your Skype name displayed.
– iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch: Tap the My Info tab, and you will see your Skype name displayed.
– Mac: Click your profile picture in the top left of the screen. Your Skype Name is displayed under your name.
Your WhatsApp number is typically your mobile phone number. To find it, open your WhatsApp. Click on the gear icon (‘Settings’). In ‘Settings’, click on ‘Your Name’ to enter the ‘Edit Profile’ page. Scroll down to your WhatsApp display name followed by your Whats App number.
Your WeChat ID is easy to find. Go to settings, and then go to “my account”, and you will find your WeChat ID.
Your Viber number is the mobile phone number you used to sign up for the service.
Your Instagram username is easy to find. First, login your Instagram account. Then select ‘Edit profile’ on your account page. Next to your icon, you’ll find your current username.
A video is optional. It is a great way to communicate your professional services and unique brand to a viewer. So we encourage you to include a video of yourself so you better connect with the viewer.
It is not essential to include a quote in your profile, but it is an opportunity to communicate a unique part of your personality. Preferably, the quote should be a single sentence.

We want your professional summary to be unique, highlighting your personality and personal brand. The highlight you choose (My Stats, My Experience, etc.) will determine the general focus and structure of your opening statement. Choosing a persona (i.e. Disciplined and Dependable, or Enthusiastic and Energetic, etc.) gives you more control by adding flavour and character to your professional summary. This helps ensure that your content remains consistent with your personality and personal brand.

The persona you select will determine the flavour and character of your professional summary. We incorporate select verbs, adverbs, and adjectives to reflect the tone that you feel best fits with your personality or professional persona. When selecting a persona, ask yourself, ‘how would my clients describe me?’ – or – ‘how would I like my clients to describe me?’
Make sure you enter your KPIs according to the instructions below each field. Enter numerical values only. Do not enter any symbols, like ‘%’ or ‘$’.
We are only able to use the data you provide through the interview form for privacy reasons. If you don’t know your KPIs we suggest you leave the form open and collect the information and complete at a later date. You can also update your online profiles with additional KPI’s manually once receiving your optimised profile.
It’s okay if you don’t remember, can’t answer, or prefer not to answer some or any of the questions related to your key performance indicators. If you’re satisfied with your KPIs, though, it’s a great idea to include as many as possible.
Provide the phone number you prefer to receive work-related calls on.
Region describes the geographical area that you serve. This may be an entire province, a city, or a district within a city. Feel free to enter whatever you feel is most appropriate given your unique situation and keep in mind that there is no perfect answer.
You can always update your online profiles with additional KPI’s manually once receiving your optimised profile. We limit the number of markets to five because the more focused your profile, the more visible and effective your narrative will be to your primary target market.
The average listing time, also knows as days to contract or days on market, is based upon the number of days a property is listed before receiving a contract. Please provide the average listing time for all your property listings over the last year.
Your clearance rate shows the number of properties you sold as a percentage of the total number of properties you listed in a given period of time. For example, if 9 out of 10 listed properties got sold, you achieved a clearance rate of 90%.
Occupancy rate refers to the amount of rented or used space as a percentage of total available space. Analysts use the phrase ‘occupancy rate’ most often when discussing senior housing, hospitals, bed-and-breakfasts, hotels, and rental units, as well as some other categories.
Your average turnover rate is how quickly you are able to place new tenants in the rental properties you manage. To find it, add the total number of days each rental property was on the market and divide by the total number of rental properties.
